All products can be returned by requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within the valid return period of 30 days from the shipping day.
Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
1) Any product not purchased from ezwayz.ecrater.com
2) Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
3) Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
4) Any product from which the posted code has been removed from its packaging
5) Any product that exhibits physical damage
6) Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate
The Return Merchandise Authorization:
1. Obtain your authorization after you submit your request via E-mail [email protected]
your requests should include the following information: Order ID, Item SKU, reason for return (including images), your preference to replace the item or refund money, and other related concerns.
2. Ship the goods to be returned after you have received the authorization.
Please note that the returned item must be with its original packing and accessories. Use the shipping address provided by our Customer Service and package the item together with your authorization.
Note: Please provide a tracking number for return shipments. ezwayz.ecrater will not take any responsibility for lost or missing return shipments.
3. Receive the replacement or refund ezwayz.ecrater.com will arrange for reshipment or refund within 1-6 business days of receiving your returned items.
